Major obtains your listings showing instructions directly from your agent. The Showing Instructions is a separate page in our listing agreement package that is completed with each and every listing. |

How are showing instructions gathered? |

The listing agent in consultation with the seller tells us how to go about showing the subject property (exp. Call the Seller at Tel.# 123-456-7890; Showings after 5PM; 2 Hour notice required; Vacant; Don’t let the cat out; etc.). Please consult your listing agent. |

How do I access the showing information on my listings? |

Each agent of Major Enterprises, Inc. is provided with a password protected account to the Showing Center web site. The web site contains a number of features which allow agents to monitor showing activity. The listing agent can issue a seller a User Name and Password that will allow the seller to log into the system and see information relevant to sellers property. The login function is located on the top of this page. |

Yes. Your listing data in the MLS and our Showing Center system is continuously updated. The showing information can be updated at any time by the office staff upon listing agent’s request. |

Operators are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Standard Tome (CST). The Internet tools and functions are available 24/7/360. |

Who contacts the seller for showing authorization? |

If so directed, a Showing Call Center Representative will contact the seller to confirm the appointment. If a confirmation is not necessary, agents can be instructed to “Go and Show”; however, our representatives will still leave a massage that a showing was scheduled. |

What if there is an alarm or security system? |

If so directed, a Showing Call Center Representative will call the showing agent's office with security access codes. Please make sure to provide your listing agent with the security code information. |

Each agent has the option to receive an E-Mail notification whenever an appointment is scheduled. On a listing by listing basis, the agent also has the option to have an electronic text message sent to their pager. |

The showing agent is sent a request for feedback via E-Mail. Within the E-Mail message is a link back to Showing Center’s website where the agent can provide feedback. |

A number of different reports are available. They include statistical information as well as marketing reports for the seller. Some reports may be displayed as a graph or chart. |
